The Terms and Conditions contained herein are the exclusive terms and conditions governing the sale of products and services from PrintGiant, LLC (the “Company”) to the Customer. By submitting an order or a request for an order, the Customer agrees that the terms stated herein constitute the final, complete, and exclusive expression of the agreement between PrintGiant, LLC and the Customer.
Customers may not submit, in any form, any materials (Content) — including but not limited to electronic files, photos, and graphic images — that are unlawful, vulgar, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, indecent, libelous, or otherwise objectionable, or that would incite or encourage criminal activity or legal liability.
PrintGiant, LLC will not accept any designs that promote bullying, hate groups, foreign political organizations, or terrorist organizations. PrintGiant, LLC reserves the right to refuse any design for any reason.
PrintGiant, LLC assumes no responsibility for researching or authenticating any Customer's rights to any trademark as it relates to any design or logo reproduced on their behalf. All liability for any act of trademark infringement rests solely with the Customer.
The Customer hereby indemnifies PrintGiant, LLC against any and all actions resulting from trademark issues. A letter of authorization on company letterhead may be required to proceed with orders where trademark infringement is in question.
The Customer agrees to hold PrintGiant, LLC, its owners, officers, directors, employees, and agents free and harmless from all liability, and to indemnify PrintGiant, LLC for any loss, damage, or injury that may result from producing the Customer's Content.
This obligation extends to the payment of all judgments, awards, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses — including but not limited to attorney and legal fees and costs of litigation or other out-of-pocket expenses — arising from the reproduction of Content requested by the Customer.
Standard turnaround time for orders is 15 business days from the time of Order Confirmation. Payment in full is required before an order enters our production workflow. PrintGiant, LLC will not proceed until artwork has been approved by the Customer.
Turnaround time does not include shipping time. Some types of production may require additional time. PrintGiant, LLC observes all national holidays, which may add to the standard turnaround time.
If the Customer requires an order by a specific date, they must inform PrintGiant, LLC in advance; rush fees may apply. Fulfillment services such as hang tags, folding, and packaging may also add to the standard turnaround time.
Payment in full (100% prepayment) is required at the time of ordering. PrintGiant, LLC does not offer credit terms. The order will not be released or shipped until payment has been received in full.
All artwork must be submitted at 300 DPI resolution or higher and sized to the actual print size. Vector files — such as EPS, PSD, AI, CDR, and PDF — are preferred.
If artwork is submitted in an unacceptable format, a flat fee of $75 will be charged to bring the file to production-ready standards.
Various embellishment methods require that a design be set up before it can go into production. Setup charges are the responsibility of the Customer. In certain cases, a repeat design may qualify for a reduced setup charge, but even minor changes to a previously created design will incur a new setup charge.
For each embellishment, PrintGiant, LLC will submit a digital proof for the Customer's review and approval. It is the Customer's responsibility to verify that all information on the proof is correct, including but not limited to spelling, grammar, and design accuracy.
If an error is discovered after the order has been approved and produced, PrintGiant, LLC will not be held liable for the cost of reproducing the order. PrintGiant, LLC assumes no liability for errors in designs that have been approved by the Customer.
PrintGiant, LLC will not be held liable for delays resulting from a manufacturer's lack of inventory for items ordered by the Customer. If an item is found to be back-ordered or permanently out of stock, the Customer will be notified promptly and provided with alternative options.
PrintGiant, LLC will not be held responsible for garment inconsistencies related to size, color, or construction that are attributable to the manufacturer. Customers are advised to account for the possibility of such defects by ordering additional garments.
PrintGiant, LLC maintains a selection of standard stock colors. For exact color matching, please request our list of available Pantone-matched colors.
Pantone color matches or special-order non-stock color matches will incur a fee of $25 per color.
The Customer is responsible for providing details regarding embellishment placement and size. If no details are provided, PrintGiant, LLC will embellish in standard locations and at standard sizes.
For orders of more than 144 pieces, PrintGiant, LLC will not be held responsible for spoilage up to 2% of the total order quantity. For orders of fewer than 144 pieces, the spoilage allowance is 3%.
For screen print orders, Customers may purchase up to 5 additional garments per size, color, and style combination, which PrintGiant, LLC will print at no additional charge, to help offset any losses due to spoilage.
Spoilage that falls within the applicable allowance will not result in a credit. A credit will only be issued for spoilage that exceeds the allowance.
Please note: If an exact quantity is required, the Customer must inform PrintGiant, LLC in advance so that the appropriate amount of product can be ordered to account for spoilage.
As an alternative to the extra garment options outlined in Section 12, PrintGiant, LLC offers an optional Spoilage Insurance program at a rate of $50 per 1,000 items. If selected by the Customer during the pre-quote consultation, this insurance will be itemized on the approved Quote/Invoice. This fee is non-refundable, even if no spoilage occurs.
If spoilage does occur within the standard allowance, PrintGiant, LLC will reprint the spoiled items at no additional print or setup charge. The Customer remains responsible for purchasing the replacement garment blanks.
This program covers print and setup charges only. It does not include the cost of garment blanks.
Some items or design placements may be deemed difficult or non-standard. In these cases, PrintGiant, LLC may require a test or check prior to production to verify that the item can be properly embellished. Items or placements deemed difficult may incur an additional production charge.
PrintGiant, LLC reserves the right to apply an additional charge of $45 for any additions made to an order after the initial product has been ordered. PrintGiant, LLC also reserves the right to refuse additions to an existing order based on the current status of that order.
If additions can no longer be accommodated within the existing order, a new order will be created. The Customer acknowledges that any additions to an existing order will void the original delivery date.
There are no refunds, returns, or exchanges on custom decorated items.
If an order is cancelled by the Customer, any refund will be based on the current status of the order. If product has been procured but decoration has not yet begun, a restocking fee of 20% of the value of those items will be applied.
If decoration has already started, no refund will be issued.
PrintGiant, LLC stands behind its work. While we do not offer refunds on custom orders, we will redo any order that has been determined to be incorrect due to an error on our part.
PrintGiant, LLC must be notified within 3 business days of delivery that there is a problem with an order. Once notified, every effort will be made to expedite the replacement.
If the Customer chooses to retain the original order, a 20% discount will be applied to the affected items. If the Customer does not retain the order, the incorrect items must be returned within 2 business days of notifying PrintGiant, LLC.
If the order must be reshipped, PrintGiant, LLC will cover the cost of shipping using the same method as the original order. If a different or faster shipping method is required, the additional cost will be the Customer's responsibility.
Any goods returned after the agreed-upon timeframe will be refused unless a prior arrangement has been made.
The Customer acknowledges that, since all sales are final, there will be no chargebacks or returned checks. In the event of a chargeback or returned check, the Customer agrees to reimburse PrintGiant, LLC in cash for all resulting penalties and expenses.
PrintGiant, LLC reserves the right to refuse service to any Customer for any reason. Customers who engage in rude, disrespectful, or inappropriate conduct may be declined service at the sole discretion of PrintGiant, LLC.
PrintGiant, LLC offers samples of most brands available for decoration. Samples must be purchased by the Customer and are subject to applicable shipping charges.
Samples may be returned for a refund, minus a 10% restocking fee. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer. PrintGiant, LLC will not accept returns of samples that have been damaged, stained, soiled, or altered in any way from their original condition.
If the Customer decides to proceed with an order and wishes to return the samples, the cost of the samples — minus any shipping charges — will be credited toward the order.
If the Customer decides to proceed with an order and wishes to include the sample items in the decorated order, the samples must be shipped to our production facility at the Customer's expense.
All shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer. PrintGiant, LLC is not responsible for delays or damage incurred during shipping once an order has been handed off to the carrier.
PrintGiant, LLC reserves the right to use any shipping service it deems appropriate. Shipping costs will be determined and applied to the order prior to shipment. Once an order ships, the tracking number will be sent to the Customer.
All shipping charges are non-refundable.
If a Customer requests that an order be shipped to more than one location, each additional location beyond the first will incur a $20 handling fee, plus the cost of shipping to that location.
If the Customer is supplying all or part of the goods in an order, the Customer assumes full responsibility for those items. PrintGiant, LLC will not be liable for any defects or quality issues with Customer-supplied goods.
If goods are drop-shipped directly from a manufacturer, PrintGiant, LLC will check in items as they pertain to the order and will notify the Customer of any discrepancies in color, size, or quantity. The spoilage terms outlined in Section 12 apply to Customer-supplied goods. For screen print orders using Customer-supplied goods, Customers may supply up to 5 additional garments per size, color, and style combination at no additional print charge to offset potential spoilage.
The Customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with manufacturer drop-shipments to PrintGiant, LLC.
Please be aware that normal washing and everyday wear can affect embellishments over time. The longevity of screen printing, embroidery, and other decoration methods may be impacted by laundering, friction, and exposure to heat — even under normal conditions. PrintGiant, LLC does not guarantee that following any care instructions will prevent embellishment wear or damage.
To help extend the life of your embellished garments, we recommend the following care practices:
Turn garments inside out before washing.
Wash in cold water on a gentle cycle only.
Do not use chlorine bleach.
Hang dry; do not machine dry.
Do not iron directly over the embellishment.
Following these guidelines will help maximize the durability and appearance of your decorated items.
By submitting an order or a request for an order, the Customer agrees to the Terms and Conditions set forth in this document and acknowledges that they have read and understood all terms outlined herein.
